vscode format modified lines wrong behavior

In vscode, setting formatOnSave: true, formatOnSaveMode: modifications, use stylua to format lua files, when I edit line 10 and line 100, it should format line 10 and line 100, but now it seems to format all lines from line 10 to 100. I tried with p4 and git both seem wrong, and I tried with py file and that seems to work properly. Currently vscode version 1.107.1, stylua 2.3.1, vscode stylua extension version 1.7.1
