Is this project open source?

While this project has the `Apache-2.0` license, it still requires the `hdbcli` python package which has the non-open-source license "SAP Developer License Agreement Version 3.2". https://github.com/SAP/sqlalchemy-hana/blob/ffef34e19966a17e759eb550161b53cfea14a5ce/pyproject.toml#L34 Is it intended for me to not be able to use this project if I only want to use open-source packages?
