Log spam on 6.18.28-v8+ #1976: hdmi-audio-codec
Just upgraded a Pi 3B+ to 6.18.28-v8+ #1976 via rpi-update. I'm getting the following log spam constantly:
```
[69438.514122] hdmi-audio-codec hdmi-audio-codec.1.auto: HDMI: Unknown ELD version 0
[69438.516117] hdmi-audio-codec hdmi-audio-codec.1.auto: HDMI: Unknown ELD version 0
```
There's nothing connected to HDMI, and I have left it at the default config. The Pi 3B+ has Raspberry Pi OS Trixie w/desktop fully up to date, boooting to CLI. Is this a known issue?
### Steps to reproduce the behaviour
0. Pi 3B+ running Raspberry Pi OS Trixie w/desktop, upgraded to 6.18.28-v8+ #1976 via rpi-update.
1. Leave HDMI disconnected.
2. Boot to CLI.
3. sudo apt update && sudo apt full-upgrade -y
4. sudo rpi-update
5. I'm running audio, using mpd, but not using HDMI, which may or may not be relevant.### Device (s)
