After updating to v3.1.1, "replace default copy/move system" doesn't work [Windows]

Up until version 3.1.1, Ultracopier worked perfectly on Windows 11. Now, it simply does not work. I have checked the box, "Replace the default copy and move system," and I have confirmed that Ultracopier is running in the system tray. I have tried terminating and restarting it. It does not work; when I perform a copy, I only get the default Windows copy dialog.
