[BUG] App won't remember/ repect settings

I own the ultimate version of 3.0.1.0 and the app did not once save my settings under "performance". This issue persists for many years now. Location: Settings > Copy engine > Ultracopier spec > performance 1. Enabling the ultimate-exclusive "OS native copy" will always reset (= turn off) after every system reboot. 2. Buffer sizes for both "same" and "different" devices will always reset to default values after every system reboot (the current values are the ones I chose personally.)
