ˋ{ˋ and ˋ}ˋ don't work as expected

Using ˋ}ˋ should move the cursor to the next paragraph; and ˋd}ˋ should delete the next paragraph, both doesn't work in ˋnextviˋ. > Example (from github): nextvi README > Tested ok in: - busybox vi - neatvi - vis - vim - nvim > System - Arch - Termux
