[not-a-bug]: Elementary questions regarding setting things up, but the Matrix support room seems to be invite-only

Hello, I am an Emacs newbie, but absolutely in love with the power of plain text. Thanks for creating this wonderful project! I tried installing ement and was successful without much trouble, but unfortunately ement is not connecting to my matrix account. I guess I am missing something obvious as the error is about compiling my GNU emacs with svg support, i.e.: ``` Error running timer ‘plz--respond’: (error "svg-lib.el requires Emacs to be compiled with svg support. ") ``` I wanted to ask these basic questions probably at a community support forum which is why I tried #ement.el:matrix.org, but seems like it is invite only. Of course, GitHub issues can't be the place for such basic doubts. So where is the appropriate place for this? Any suggestions? Thankss
