`fn:matching-segments`: named capture groups

Once again I’m flooding the issue list: Named capture groups would be a great extension in the interplay with `fn:matching-segments`. Instead of `?groups?1?group`, we could write `?groups?city?group`. I’ve marked the issue with `nice-to-have`. Let’s see if I can create a PR for it after Prague.
