[BUG] Elasticsearch timeout docs have incomplete values

In the documentation for timeouts on a query documentation specifies the timeout can be either -1 or 0 when really it's any supported Elastic time string. https://www.elastic.co/docs/api/doc/elasticsearch/v8/operation/operation-indices-create
