[BUG] extension prevents manual switch of audio track (for movies)

**Describe the bug** Recently watched a movie, and was quite surprised audio track did not play in german (my first language). So tried switching to german audio track, but it immediately switched back to / stayed in english. Forgot that I had the extension installed (as otherwise it works as expected) but later remembered it, and after disabling the extension manually switching audio track works as expected again. **To Reproduce** Steps to reproduce the behavior: 1. Go to movie 2. Click on Settings > Audio track > try to switch to (non-english) language 3. Observe audio track switching back to english **Expected behavior** explicitly switching audio tracks should always work without having to disable the extension **Environment (please complete the following information):** - OS: Windows 11 - Browser Chrome Version 146.0.7680.178 - YouTube Anti Translate version 1.20.3.1 - YouTube language setting in use: none selected in additional languages, primary language is german
