[BUG] Channel name duplication

Hello, i found a bug in the extension, where the channel name duplicates, it fixes itself after disabling the extension Example: <img width="216" height="71" alt="Image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/a74546cc-915a-4d62-b32e-c39c416f7d8b" /> System and software info: OS: Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 64-bit 21H2 (Polish) Browser: Firefox 147.0.3 64-bit YT Anti Translate version: 1.19.12 Youtube language: Polish (PL) NOTE: Disabling the option to untranslate descriptions fixes the issue.
