April 1.21.5 prerelease specifies wrong format/version

The pack.mcmeta of the April 2025 prerelease for 1.21.5 specifies the wrong resource pack format; it says `"pack_format": 71` even though it's supposed to say `"pack_format": 55` for 1.21.5 resource packs.
