Scheduled and running batch scripts should have a cancel button

Found during [8/5 Chaos Engineering](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1uCZhfm3bBMg1awALrbDT2eUfrxFxfYfUIJ7ddZ-yWZw/edit?usp=sharing): Under Controls > Scripts > Batch Progess, batch scripts that are Started or Scheduled should have a visible Cancel button, so the user doesn't have to click into the batch details to cancel it. <img width="1498" height="427" alt="Image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/881101d7-6f43-4f5c-9e3d-c672e718e3da" /> NOTE: Cancel confirmation modal should still be shown from this button the same way it currently does: <img width="664" height="321" alt="Image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/8137c0a6-67d0-448a-ae1a-4a976d6c01f6" />
