If I purchase on Play Store, do I have to keep

If I purchase on Play Store, do I have to keep the Play Store enabled? So many apps require GWS and that horrible store that I just never enable it or use those apps anymore. Would I be able to buy the Pro Lic on the Play Store and email you the proof and get the non PS Pro Lic?
