Add root access via Shizuku

I've been using PMX to restore some functionality to apps on my new phone that is running Android 15. I've appreciated what I've been able to do and it was certainly worth purchasing. I'm finding some permissions aren't applying - I'm assuming it's due to a lack of root access. I do have ADB access granted via wireless debugging but I assume root access would grant further control. I'm currently using Shizuku in tandem with MixPlorer for full filesystem access. Would enabling Shizuku in PMX grant similar control?
