feature request: Add Rapid Serial Visual Presentation to Reader View

Recently there was a popular video trending of the technique shown [here](https://old.reddit.com/r/Damnthatsinteresting/comments/1qc81wt/this_speed_reading_training_starts_at_300wpm_and/) There is already a basic FOSS tool [here](https://rsvp.n0name.eu/) github link [here](https://github.com/thomaskolmans/rsvp-reading) I think this feature would fit very well with Reader view which many already are using. I'm uncertain if this is the recommended place to request feature adds for Firefox.
