feat: Release of standalone binaries

Hi, I wanted to ask if there are any plans to provide a standalone binary release. This would open up the software to users outside of the Dart and Flutter ecosystem who might want to use the CLI tool without installing the SDK. I understand the tool is primarily designed to be used with Dart and Flutter, but I see so much potential for it to be used for creating templates with any other programming language as well. Additionally, it would be great to have the CLI tool available through popular package managers like Homebrew, APT, WinGet and so on, to streamline installation on different platforms. Are there any intentions or ongoing work towards these distribution options? If not, would you consider adding them in the future? Thanks again for your work!
