Ship of Harkinian game submission (install based app)

[Github](https://github.com/HarbourMasters/Shipwright/releases/tag/9.2.3) ### About the app Ship of Harkinian is a specific emulator app for the game, 'the Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time.' It runs perfectly smooth on a Raspberry Pi 5 64 bit (tested on.) However, it should also work well on other single-board ARMs and 32 bit versions. NOTE: Ship of Harkinian does not involve nor encourage piracy! The user has to dump their own legally obtained ROM file. I have gone through and confirmed that it runs as well as it can and installs properly in the Pi menu. I have been looking for a clean way to install this app, but couldn't find one. So I made my own! Please accept this submission, I put a lot of time and effort into getting a 'tidy' install.
