BAP filtering

add the ability to filter by more stuff that gets popped. user:"mike smith" user:mike category:"foo bar" category:foo auction:auction-slug put a small badge under the lot name link with the category if clicked, this badge should open a modal that lets you set the category for that lot, save/cancel
