Add vector hybrid SAI workload

Adds benchmark workloads for queries with 2 restrictions and many restrictions on SAI columns and ANN ordering indexed vector column. The benchmark was run against locally built [current DS's Cassandra](https://github.com/datastax/cassandra/commit/486479e8ebef597f53a9f3decba133820a21c60b). I haven't found a good way to avoid warning on unused function when including shared module in Rune's workload. Also I am not happy with formatting on Rune's workload files.
