Does "How long do they have to fix the problem and whether you can break a contract should this not happen within the agreed by both sides time." mean "How long they have to fix the problem, and whether you can terminate the contract if this is not done within the time agreed by both parties, should be clarified." ? I can't fully understand the original sentence.
