Is Windows7 supported?

I noticed that version 1.10 (17 march 2024) seems to work on Windows7. v1.10.4 (23 april 2024) starts but it doesn't work (as soon as you press any button, it becomes unresponsive). All the following releases crash immediately on startup. Is Windows10+ required?
