Add option to prefer HS mode

I am trying to control a Cable Halo light. Unfortunately the device doesn't react well to setting RGB colors. When doing so, the light takes the right color, but the color mode is set to 'color_temp'. Setting the the light with a HS color works correctly though. In order to work around this issue, I would love an option to prefer setting HS color. This feature would work the same as the 'prefer_rgb' checkbox.
