Can't block community that banned you via community page

Do not report multiple bugs in one issue. - [x] It's a frontend issue, not a backend issue; Otherwise please create an issue on the [backend repo](https://github.com/LemmyNet/lemmy) instead. ### Summary This is the same frontend issue as bug #3267, which I do not have permission to reopen, reappearing in the current version of the Lemmy UI. If a community blocks you, the sidebar buttons for subscribe, create post and block community are hidden and replaced by a "banned" message. It should still be possible to block the community here, but no such button exists. As mentioned in the other bug report, blocking the community is possible via /settings . ### Steps to Reproduce 1. Get banned from community 2. Visit community page 3.
