Dart 3.8 available

Dart 3.8+ is available and [you're listed as the package maintainer on AUR](https://archlinux.org/packages/extra/x86_64/dart/), though I see that [George Hu has been doing version updates](https://gitlab.archlinux.org/archlinux/packaging/packages/dart/-/commit/1d629ea1a4ba47c1c402047ebcd632cfe52f5c83) I've been using Arch Linux for a while, though AUR only sparingly. I'm recently trying to port a framework I prototyped in Java into Dart; I'm a bit OCD about using the latest dev tools. This seems pretty straightforward to upgrade. I'd love to help out and do it myself if it's going to take more than a week to do. I've never worked with an AUR PKGBUILD before. I'm assuming I could just do a pull request changing the version number, but worry about the patches. Any guidance would be appreciated.
