update `i3status` & `huniq` to `use_max_tag = true` & remove `funkicrab`

hey. the changes here are: - `i3status` to `use_max_tag = true` - [i3/i3status](https://github.com/i3/i3status) doesn't use GitHub releases - `huniq` to `use_max_tag = true` - [koraa/huniq](https://github.com/koraa/huniq) also uses tags - removes [zesterer/funkicrab](https://github.com/zesterer/funkicrab) - the repository doesn't exist this also improves the compatibility with [nvrs](https://github.com/adamperkowski/nvrs)
