1.7 FS changes is being reset after reboot

After update to 1.7 any changes done from SSH are being rolled back **after reboot**. 1. I had mc installed as 2 tab commander is much faster than UI, obviously. 2. I had custom fstab entries to add swap from onboard eMMC and properly mount external HDD, which sometimes starting later then umbrel and leads to app crash. Its a little bit disappointing that this breaking change was not mentioned. Any ideas how to fix it?
