Ctrl+Space no longer opens URLs in the note editor

Ctrl+Space should open the URL at the current cursor position in the note editor. Currently the shortcut can be intercepted by editor completion handling, so URLs are no longer opened reliably from the editor. It also should remain usable when the note is in read-only mode, because opening a link is not an edit operation.
