Use the recycle bin

Please describe.** Not really **Describe the solution you'd like** Use the recycle bin that already exists **Describe alternatives you've considered** I almost implemented this myself by following a [medium article ](https://faun.pub/how-i-made-a-recycle-bin-for-my-linux-terminal-6fa9887760cc) but I prefer to use trash-cli. **Additional context** I can see some scenarios where it might not make as much sense. For example, headless installs, no desktop, wsl, etc. Though I think even in those scenarios using a trash directory that was compatible with how a desktop recycle bin works in Linux would not cause any harm either.
