Release Is Missing Icon Archive

Is this intentional? I'm asking because this just broke my CI/CD pipeline which usually fetches the icon archive to repackage them as Blazor components and I need to know whether this will be the normal style for release assets from now on (or if it was just a mistake). ### Steps to reproduce 1.
