Use MTF to scan for files when run on an NTFS partition.

This tool could be even faster if the MFT is used to scan for files and retrieve their sizes. For example the first stage scan on a partition with around 2M files takes several hours, while tools such as WizTree or Everything finish scanning in under a minute.
