Update Argo CD app creation examples to use correct repo URL

The Argo CD app create examples currently reference a placeholder repository (https://github.com/<your-username>/dapr-argocd.git). They should point to the official samples repository (https://github.com/dapr/samples.git). I will submit a PR updating the --repo URLs in all Argo CD commands accordingly.
