Run reverse depends checks

The most recent GH version switches to using a namespace and this is likely going to upset packages compiling against the exported header. So we should try [scDHA](https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/scDHA/index.html) and [uwot](https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/uwot/index.html).
