Release process is too complex

I think the release process is too complex. I recently removed the reference to the zip files that Github created on release. Instead the curl downloads are preferred. If I’m not going to build I can simplify the deploy. - Move documentation to /docs - Remove most boilerplate from neat.html - Set repo to serve from /docs - Figure out how to version
