[Dataset/Title]: S2Coast-2023 Global 10-meter Resolution Coastline Dataset

At the moment, it appears that only the polyline version is available via: `var s2Coast = ee.FeatureCollection("projects/sat-io/open-datasets/S2COAST-2023");` However, the authors also provide a polygon representation, which could be very useful for a wider range of applications (e.g. masking, wave exposure analysis etc.).
