build seems to keep localhost urls for many things

Hi, not sure if this is a theme issue or a hugo issue. I'm deploying to cloudflare pages. I have a baseURL set to my real domain, but hugo build seems to only update some of the URLS in public to be real URLS, it keeps others as localhost. I have tried passing in the -b (baseurl) flag with the build command, both locally and on clouflare, to no avail. Wondering if you have any thoughts/tips! Thanks!
