Restart file only contains original orography, instead of modified orography

This may be a bug, else a poor workflow. This is what happens: 1) we start with EarthOrography 2) we modify the orography, and run: all is good, and the modified orography is included in the output 3) attempting to restart from the previous restart file, however, causes the system to restart from the correct prognostic variables, albeit from the original orography: EarthOrography I can post my workflow if useful.
