Stroke alignment selection bug

Stroke layers that have alignment set to "inside" are difficult or impossible to select with the mouse. Steps to reproduce: 1) Create a stroke layer by using the pen tool. Make sure to not have any fill on it 2) Select the stroke and in the properties panel, set it's alignment to "inside" 3) Notice that it becomes difficult to select/move with the mouse 3) This effect is even more exegerated if you there is a fill layer behind the stroke 4) Place a fill layer behind the stroke layer and try to select the stroke...it is not possible Video of the issue happening: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1wkROvRDFApA3SSl6rK8mLT3fXhCRyjYG/view?usp=sharing
