Add sed

The only thing I couldn't figure out by now is how to print the initial "Enter string to encode". Creating this draft PR as a reminder for future self and for anyone to suggest how to fix this bug busybox sed requires manual ^D for the input to be processed, but otherwise works exactly as the coreutils' one (which i target here)
