Package Update loop for SynoCli Network Tools

### Is this a new Bug? - [x] I checked that the bug hasn't been reported before ### Package Name SynoCli Network Tools ### Package Version 2.6-21 ### Device Model DS416play ### Device Architecture x86_64 ### Firmware Version 7.3.2-86009 update 3 ### What happened? Got a notification of package update for SynoCli Network Tools to 9.16.50-21. Clicking update seems to just reinstall 2.6-21 (according to the wizard window pop-up), and the package shortly shows out of date again when the update finishes. ### Reproduction steps 1. Refresh packages in package center 2. Click update 3.
