invalid relocation target when trying to boot on latest kernel version

### Same-issue check Yes ### Linux Distribution Ubuntu ### Kernel version 7.1.0 ### What happened? I'm brought to a black screen with repeating text mentioning a "invalid relocation target" whenever I try booting with the latest kernel build. Everything looks normal right up after the Linux Mint logo shows. The build process looked successful according to the terminal, i didn't see any errors.
