Support copyline and copyuntil?

Is adding support to these new features of 1.11 conceivable? https://docs.julialang.org/en/v1/base/io-network/#Base.copyline https://docs.julialang.org/en/v1/base/io-network/#Base.copyuntil It would be nice to be able to use them in 1.10.
