Spice-space.org SSL certificate is now invalid

**I confirm this bug has not already been reported** - [X] I have searched the issues and this bug has not been reported previously **Describe the bug** Spice-space.org SSL certificate is now invalid as of 3:43am EDT and is now causing curl to error out. **To Reproduce** Steps to reproduce the behaviour: 1. Run `quickemu` with any task that would need the SPICE drivers to download. 2.
