feat: support for older macOS releases (MacOS X)

Please describe.** Older macOS/MacOS X releases are still very nice to use, just to bring nostalgia back, and also because they have such a nice UX. **Describe the solution you'd like** Simply add support for those releases, starting from MacOS X Lion. **Describe alternatives you've considered** Running them using a self-made script? What is the point of Quickget, then? Sosumi did not receive any update since 2020. **Additional context** There are two issues mentioning this, the first one claiming that the recovery images stopped being served from Apple's server (which [is not true](https://github.com/dortania/OpenCore-Install-Guide/blob/master/installer-guide/mac-install-recovery.md), at least now), and the second one simply not providing any viable answer, perhaps the fact that Quickget was never made to get macOS for the user (which is also not true).
