Add support to the new taxdump format

In 2018, NCBI [introduced](https://ncbiinsights.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/2018/02/22/new-taxonomy-files-available-with-lineage-type-and-host-information/) a new taxdump format that includes additional data, such as type material and host information.
