How do we indicate ES/ZH versions are out of date?

We recently updated Wind Energy and reworked the expected outputs. Unfortunately, we can't update translations via the normal process quick enough to line up with the release of these changes. So, how can we indicate in the translated versions that these sections are out of date relative to their English counterpart?
