Add recursive verification script

The new script is based on `tool/queue_verify.py`. Only edited the slightest to make it works recursively. Changed some behaviours i.e. do not start verification inmediately after adding a folder. So that it allows user to change the root folder. Also created `../save` folder in order to make it work properly.
