Self-driving nits

- The self-driving wizard has two steps (instrumentation and self-driving). The installation tracker does one and then resets and does the other. A bit confusing. - When the wizard goes into self-driving, it prompts the user but that doesn't appear in the UI. - The usecase items and the selected tools items are too similar. The first is clickable but the second isn't. This is confusing.
