GD module no longer provided.

Beginning with perl-5.40.0, it seems that the GD module is no longer being provided by SP - though libgd is still present. The perlmonk named "pryrt" has posted a procedure for building a serviceable GD installation on Strawberry Perl, using the libraries provided by SP, at https://www.perlmonks.org/?node_id=11166999 . Perhaps that procedure could be followed to re-include GD into vendor/lib in future ? I don't know the reason for the recent removal of GD but I've assumed it wasn't simply an oversight.
