[Bug]: Keyboard input turned super sluggish after running "standard" on windows 11.

### Description I just downloaded and ran privacy.sexy on "standard" settings and changed nothing. After running and restarting, my keyboard input is now extremely sluggish to the point where it does not even follow my writing speed and sometimes swallows entire words. Also text input for the password field on the login screen is slow. the only thing that's relatively responsive are my shortcuts within the system. I have since tried reversing all settings applied by "standard" and restarted but the issue still occurs. Do you have recommendations on what I could try? ### Reproduction steps 1.
